Despite substantial government and media promotion of apprenticeships it can be tough winning a place. That’s why we recently attended the Apprenticeships and Training Conference and spoke to employers and educators to get the inside track on what employers are looking for.
They tell us why apprenticeships are such a fabulous pathway to really rewarding careers, give young people an honest perspective on what to expect – and some down to earth advice on how best stand out.
