Brings the world of work alive in your classroom

The WOW Show is supporting the Careers and Enterprise Company’s (CEC) exciting MyChoices initiative aimed at helping young people who have been particularly badly affected by the Covid school shutdown.

We have developed three student-friendly online formats to engage and inspire Y11 and Y13 ‘transition’ students who have missed out on exams and work experience this year – and are uncertain about their future career prospects.

Working with Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs), we are offering to support MyChoices by producing bespoke tv-style programmes that make sense of future job opportunities, especially in students’ own local area.

  • MyChoices Live TV is aimed at providing LEPs and their specialist partners with a showcase to give students, parents and carers the help they need to better understand the pathways into careers in their area.
  • LMI Regional Spotlight programmes, produced by our award-winning creative team, will bring to life those career opportunities and highlight the skills young people will need to succeed.
  • Assembly/Bubble Group WOW Show Specials are designed to allow a number of LEPs to pool their resources to create fast-moving 10-15 minute WOW Shows to help young people understand the factors and forces that are changing the world of work and how they can future-proof themselves to take advantage.

The WOW Show has earned a strong reputation with students and careers leads for delivering memorable careers insights – as well as Gatsby-focused teacher resources and home schooling lessons.
